Sales Agent

We are looking for highly motivated and experienced salespeople to join our team on a commission-only basis. As a Commission-Based Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new leads and closing deals with potential clients.

Location:

While our physical office is situated in Vaughan, we offer the flexibility for remote work at your own pace. As an independent contractor, you have the freedom to seek out clients anywhere within Canada.

Salary:

Our commission structure for each project is based on the level of experience of the contractor and typically ranges from 10-15%. However, we ensure that each contractor receives a minimum of $500 per project, with the potential for earnings to increase into the thousands of dollars.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold-calling, emailing, and networking

  • Develop sales strategies to approach potential clients

  • Conduct sales presentations to prospective clients

  • Collaborate with our development team to create proposals and project estimates

  • Negotiate pricing and contracts with clients

  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business

 

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the tech industry

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently

  • Familiarity with app development and technology trends

  • Comfortable working on a commission-only basis
